The property is surrounded by Crown Land and there is no public access to the lake other than float plane.  Nagagami Lake is approx. 25 miles from Hornepayne which is where the guests fly out of.  The lake has been designated and protected by government as a remote tourism lake.  The only development on the lake are the 4 small existing lodges. 

Infrastructure:

Staff & Owners Accommodation:  The owner’s accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and is heated by a woodstove and attached to the same building is an employee’s unit that can accommodate 1-2 staff members.  Additionally, there is another staff cabin that is equipped for two staff members.

Guest Accommodations:  There are a total of 8 guest rooms that each can accommodate 2 guests at a time.  There are 4 rooms on one side of the main lodge and 4 rooms on the other side of the main lodge all adjoining together.  The rooms have either two twin beds or one queen bed.  Each room has a 4-piece bathroom, compact fridge, desk/dresser & 2 lounge chairs.  The rooms overlook the lake and have a covered walkway in front of all the rooms.

Main Lodge:  The main lodge is constructed of vertical log and has a steel roof.  This 3000 sq. ft. area houses the central dining room, kitchen and lounge area.  The lounge area is 20’ X 30’.  Maximum capacity in the dining is for 16 guests.  The lounge area has 2 sofas and a circular fireplace.

Outbuildings:  There is a 10’ X 12’ fish cleaning building outfitted with a stainless steel cleaning table, 2 sinks, minnow tank & chest freezer.  The water system shed (8’X8’) houses pressure tanks, filtration systems and a chlorine injection system.  There is a 16’ X 16’ work shop for tool and motor storage.  There are also two generator buildings (8’X12’ & 8’X8’).

There are substantial chattels included with the business including a nice fleet.
