Recreation Hall (Approx., 650 sq. ft.): This separate building allows the guests to gather, hang out, play games and socialize. A satellite television is located here along with a foosball table, small bar and has front and rear decks for guest enjoyment.
Fish Cleaning House: Recently constructed, this 12’ X 12’ building is equipped with stainless steel counters and sink.
Generator Building: The building is 22’ X 10’ and is strategically located away from the other structures to minimize noise. Power is supplied from a 25kw Cummins generator and there is also a 12kw generator.
Additionally, there are two sheds and a sauna.
Docks: There are several dock sections servicing the property. The main dock measures 6 ½’ wide X 60’ with a 14’ X 17’ jog for the main loading area. Additionally, there are 4 other dock areas.
